    Terms & Conditions

    All major credit cards accepted (American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover).

    Net 30 terms given with approved credit.  If you had previously qualified for terms, please note it during your Order Confirmation screen.

    Minimum opening order - $300.00.  Minimum re-order - $200.00

    Orders of less than minimum are subject to pre-approval and a $10 handling fee.

    A 1.5% monthly service charge is added to past due accounts.


    Freight Policy

    All orders over $500.00 will not exceed 14% freight, as a part of our 14% freight cap program.

    All in stock items will ship within 2 business days.

    For orders less than $500.00, we only charge UPS standard rates on all orders.  We will also consolidate your products to provide the lowest shipping charges possible.  There is no handling fee.



    Backorders under $90.00 will be automatically cancelled, unless otherwise requested.  Full freight charges apply to all backorders.


    Defective Policy

    We offer a 100% customer service service policy for defective items.  Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order and a customer service agent will handle your claim immediately.   Make sure to notify an agent if any portion of the box is delivered damaged.  All returned items must be in their original packaging and without a price affixed.

    A 15% restocking fee may apply to all returns that are returned contrary to customer service notations and/ or free of defects.  If an agent requests the merchandise to be returned, please make sure the product is placed in a good quality carton for safe delivery back to our warehouse.
